Throughout his career, Bryan has worked with federal and state governments to solve issues associated with large funding streams. He knows how to solve complex government issues, leverage relationships and maximize the impact of available federal and state dollars.
He established the first state-based, real-time system for non-recurring funding following Hurricane Katrina. The process was recognized by the General Accounting Office and Congress for its ability to accelerate the effective distribution of over $24 billion in federal aid. He is fortunate to work with Congressional leadership, various committees and many of our nation’s Governors to devise solutions to remove the barriers associated with large governmental programs.
He has testified numerous times before Congress, worked directly with Governors and various federal agency heads including the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Agriculture and Department of Justice and others. His work earned him public recognition on the floor of the United States Senate.
