Scott Keller is a government services partner at HORNE Federal. He specializes in guiding state and local governments to navigate funding issues associated with disaster recovery by identifying program improvements that can survive HUD’s oversight and assisting grantees in streamlining their operations to increase their organizational effectiveness.
Scott joined the firm in 2007 and has over a decade of experience working with the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Program and assisting grantees in streamlining their operations to increase their organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining HORNE, Scott served as a chief of staff and the senior political and policy advisor to the Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Scott also serves as the national chairman of the Housing Committee for the Disaster Recovery Contractors Association. Additionally, he serves on the board of First Alliance Lending, a large U.S. based lending partner to institutions and homeowners, dedicated to creating and preserving home ownership.
